Hey there, Fangirls! A few weeks back, I decide to do some experimenting in the name of the beloved Disney movie, Mulan. I tried infusing vodka for the first time, and ended up with some super tasty results! With the deliciousness of this mar-tea-ni, you’re sure to impress your future in-laws and bring your family all sorts of honor.

Making this drink was incredibly easy. I started out with just making one serving, but things could easily be adjusted for any amount of drinks. Here’s what you’ll need:

1 bag of Oolong tea
1 tiny bottle of plain vodka
1 cup pear nectar

First, infuse your vodka. Any vodka can pretty much be infused with anything, which is pretty neat. With tea, is super easy. I emptied the little bottle of vodka into a glass, and stuck in one tea bag and let it sit for about 30 – 45 minutes. With larger bottles of vodka, you’re going to want to let it sit a lot longer.

Once the tea had a dark color and strong flavor, it was ready to mix. To a shaker full of ice, add the tea vodka and your pear nectar, and stir. Shake if you want, but I found that it got a little foamy. Try a little before you pour it, if its a little too strong, add some more pear nectar. Balance find a ratio that’s good for you. Then, strain the drink into a martini glass.

Then, enjoy!

Now, pour the tea.
