Fangirls, I’ve been trying to get a bit healthier recently, and one of the things I’ve been worrying about is what to eat after working out. I tend to crave sweet things, and that feels a bit counter productive; I can’t be just another cherry chasing dot muncher. I’ve noticed that waiting until at least after I’ve showered helps my sweet tooth slow down a bit, but I still want something sweet.
I have read that one of the best things to have that doesn’t make you hate yourself after working out, is chocolate milk. But I took it a step further and made a smoothie, because smoothies are great.
So I made a delicious smoothie. I used:
4 tbs peanut butter
1 c milk
1 tbs chocolate syrup
I put all that tasty stuff in my magic bullet and smoothied it up. I love it. It satisfies my need for sweets and fills me up, all while tasting delicious. Plus I can pretend that I’m trying to bulk up to wreck stuff!
Try it out, Fangirls. It’s tasty and filling. I usually have it with apples and my breakfast is done! I’m glad Ralph realizes that chocolate isn’t so bad, because this is delicious beyond belief.
