Star Wars: The Force Inside from Put Me in the Story

You know, Fangirls, there’s nothing like interacting with a book that was literally made for you to help you feel indulgent! Just in time for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Put Me in the Story released another phenomenal dedicatable book; Star Wars: The Force Inside. In it, the reader must answer questions from both sides of the force to determine which side they shall follow.

This is a book that warmed my little Fangirl heart. Going through the questions and factoids in this book was ridiculously fun, plus it was all directed right at me! What sets Put Me in the Story part, is that they physically put you into a story or interactive book. Not only is my name on both covers; front for Jedi and (upside down) back for Sith, but my name is also on every other page. I feel like Darth Vader is actually interrogating me, and though that’s a bit frightening, there’s definitely a rush to it!

In this book, you answer questions from each side. On the Sith side, you answer questions while learning from the Inquisitor, General Grievous, Darth Vader, Count Dooku, Darth Maul, Chancellor Palpatine, and Darth Sidious. Each answer has a numerical value next to it; you write that answer in a space next to each question, and add them up to see where you rank in the eyes of the Sith. Then, learning from Jedi Master Yoda, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Luke Skywalker, and Leia Organa, you do the same thing. After learning where you rank on either side of the Force, you can see which path is best for you.

It really is my destiny, Darth Vader.

It really is my destiny, Darth Vader.

To say this is a neat book is definitely an understatement. You upload two pictures of the recipient of the book, along with a personalized dedication¬†(I did “Choose wisely, youngling,” because it felt right). The recipient will receive a beautiful hardcover book with their name all over it, along with an excellent Certificate that they can put their rank (one side for Jedi, the other for Sith). The certificated also has their name on it, along with some key beliefs of either side of the Force.

Though it’s too late to get this as a Christmas gift for someone, Valentine’s Day is coming up, and if you use the code HEART at checkout (expires 1/24), you will get 20% off of your order! Plus, you still have a couple days to order, as orders placed by 1/27 are guaranteed to make it to you by Valentine’s Day.

The experiences I’ve had with Put Me in the Story have been wonderful; their site is incredibly easy to use (though I recommend using a computer over a smartphone), and the shipping is fast and hassle free. If you’re stuck on a Valentine’s Day gift (or birthday, or anytime gift!) head over here to order your favorite Star Wars fan The Force Inside for $39.99!
