Rolling Project Pan: Update 2

Boy, oh boy do I have some progress to share with you. I’m super excited about it, so let’s dive right in!

We”re starting strong, because I finished one of my lip balms! This Baby Lips lip balm was what made me look into Project Panning in the first place, so I’m really excited about it. Also, I think this may be the first time I’ve ever finished a lip balm instead of just losing it and moving on.

There’s barely a dent in my bronzer, so nothing exciting to report there. I’m using this daily for eyebrow filling, but I think I’m going to start using it as an eyeshadow too. Maybe that will help me move through it a bit more quickly.

Still not done with my mascara, and no visible progress because of the packaging. I think I’m getting less on the wand each time, so that is at least changing!

Basically the same goes for my Eyes eye liner. Not as much is coming out on the tip, which makes me feel like I’m getting somewhere with it. I still haven’t touched the other two liners yet, because I’m going to focus on one at a time.

I don’t know if it’s the product, or me, but this Vitabath does not last long. I finished off the Cucumber & White Tea Scent last Saturday, and immediately started WHAT on Sunday. I feel like some of this was already gone, because it felt lighter than the other two did at the start. But now, it’s totally gone! I finished this on Friday of last week, meaning I no longer have any Vitabath shower washes! I’m really excited about that, because now I’ll be crossing the streams. As of today, I’m starting to work on my Lush Shower Creams (at least the minis)> I grabbed the three that expired first (2015 and 2016), and ended up with a tiny Lord of Misrule and two Snow Fairies. They’re all lovely scents, but I don’t need to horde shower gels, so they’re getting out of here.

Still trucking with this perfume. I’m not a massive fan of it, but I am using it a couple times a week to try to get through it. I’ve made a pretty big dent in it, and I’m hoping it will be gone by next update.

I’ve made massive progress with my Vasanti rejuvenator. I’m torn about this, because it’s a fantastic product, and I’m not ready to buy a new one yet. I will keep using it, but I will really miss this when it’s gone.

I’m starting to see a dip in White Chocolate, finally. I use this every dang day to set my eyes before applying eyeshadow. Someday, my pan will come.

Good news and bad news with this Yes to Tomatoes nonsense. Good news, I finished a bottle! Bad news, I found a third. Luckily, the other bottle is already over half-way finished, so it won’t take years to get through.

This Nivea lotion is moving, slowly but surely. I’m hoping to get through this before it gets super hot; wearing lotion in the humidity of Maryland summer isn’t all that appealing to me.

This hand creme, is done! I’ve finished off two lotions in this past month, and that feels fantastic! I know it isn’t a replacement for lotion, but I’m rolling in this eyeshadow from ColourPop in 8 Track. I’ve already hit pan on it, but I’m hoping to finish it up this year. When I’m not working on specific looks, this is what I’ve been using. I heard it’s incredibly difficult to finish a ColourPop shadow because of their creamy af formula, but I’m going to try. I have 9 months left anyways.

I have been working hard to use up the Ruffle lippie stick (also from ColourPop). It’s been a great every day color, and I really enjoy it. I didn’t think there was much of a difference until I rolled it all the way out next to the red lipstick that I haven’t used at all, and we’re getting there! I’m really proud of working so hard through this.

Boom baby, we’ve finished another mask. I actually finished Just to Clarify off yesterday, and I’m so glad. It’s a great mask, and I love using it before a shower because it can be a rad exfoliator once you’re in the steam of a shower. I will most likely purchase this again, but I have many masks to work on before then. Like 1,000 Millihelens, the Lush Jelly Mask ┬áthat is taking over for Just to Clarify.

I adore this lotion, and while it isn’t as easy to work through as the last one was, it’s still going pretty quickly. Much like with the nivea lotion, I’m hoping that I can get through this before summer comes and ruins any possibility of me using lotion.

I haven’t been reaching for this. I feel like I grab it maybe once a week, and I need to change that. I promise not to purchase another mask until this is done, but I have a feeling that this will be sticking with me until December.

Curly Wirly is not moving all that quickly. Part of that is because I only use it once a week, and the other part is that it doesn’t take much product to get the job done. I still love this shampoo, but it will be a couple more months before I say goodbye to it.

And that’s where we are! I’m really happy to have these tiny, silly goals to work on daily, because a lot of them are products that deserve the love. Plus, I don’t need to purchase more; heck, I almost stopped using 8 Track, my ColourPop Shadow when I hit pan, but I have 3 other shimmery gold eyeshadows. I don’t need to save any! This is helping my wallet and my brain, plus having a little more space isn’t a bad thing. I’ll be back with my next update in two weeks, see ya then!
