Fangirls, I love Lush Soap. It takes me ages to use up, but it’s always so strongly fragranced and beautiful, that I can almost never say no to it. So when I went to the UK, I found as many of their exclusives I could get my hands on, and I’ve been working through them ever since. One of the soaps that is not in the US, is he Cream of Tomato Soap, so of course I picked it up!
This is a soap that I can comfortably say isn’t for everyone. It’s a rich, spicy scent, full of the ingredients in – you guessed it – tomato soup. Since I am a big fan of spicy, herb-y scents (and cooking), I knew this would be a soap for me.
It’s lovely. I have an absolutely massive block and I know It’s going to take me ages to use it. I have a feeling that I’ll actually end up cutting it, and only using half for now (I don’t think it will make for the best summer scent). But it is a fantastic fall and winter one. I started using this back in February, and still have a ways to go with it.
I really do enjoy this soap. It looks a bit like flesh, because mine has faded out a bit, but I find it hilarious. I think if you’re in Lush Oxford Street, you should give it a sniff. It may not be for you, but it’s worth checking out. Happy bathing!
