Rose Jam Solid Shower Gel from Lush

We are over half way through the year, and I haven’t bought anything new from lush! I’m really excited and proud of that, and making my way through products that I’ve had for ages. Heck. I even went into a Lush store with a friend last weekend and I didn’t buy anything! I think that’s some pretty serious progress for me. But, that’s not what we’re here for; we’re here to talk about the Rose Jam solid shower gel that I bought last year!

I bought this last year during the boxing day sale (where I ordered way too much), but I just added it into my Project Pan. I’ve been using this for just over a week now, and I’m super in love with this.
The first thing that really stood out to me with this solid shower gel was the smell. I pulled it out of it’s paper and was blown away. It smells incredible! I’m not much of a floral scent person, but Rose Jam changes me. It’s a beautiful scent, and before I even used it, it filled my bathroom with sweet smelling vibes. But when you use it, it’s slightly more intense and lovely.
Much like Lush’s other products, this stuff is moisturizing. I think that’s one of my favorite things about Lush soaps; I always feel so soft and luxurious after using them. I think this is great, especially for shaving. It lathers phenomenally, smells great, and softens my skin.
Regrettably, this is not available on the US site, but you can get the gel version on the UK site (here). I loved that this was cheaper for it’s weight that the bulk soap, for a very similar product. I think if you’re either going to the UK or planning a big order from their, you may want to add this to your basket!
