Alright friends and Fangirls, I finally got through it. I beat the elite four in Pokemon Sun this weekend, and I loved every second of gameplay. I hope you’re a pokefan, because I’m about to lose my mind on this game.
Okay, let me start off by saying that I wrote a review that I was incredibly proud of for this game, and then proceeded to delete it like the damn fool that I am. So this (to me) already feels nowhere near as good because I was so happy with that one. But, I’m also incredibly happy with this game, so let’s talk about that instead.
I would not consider myself a “long-time” Ratchet & Clank fan. I have discovered the games in the relatively recent past, and I adore them. I was super pumped when I heard about the movie, of course, and then even more enthused when we got a PS4 so I could play the game that goes along with the movie. It was a blast to watch the movie, and getting to play through the movie was even more fun.
Alright Fangirls. I feel like I have no business telling you my thoughts on Overwatch because I’m not super great at it, and I’ve only played it a couple of times. I also don’t consider myself to be someone who plays first person shooters (I tend to prefer third person, like Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter). But holy mother of butts, I love Overwatch.
Yes, Fangirls, I have been playing Pokemon GO like it’s my job since it came out and yes I love it more than anything else in life.
Fangirls, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, my newfound love of Pokémon knows no bounds. It’s a bizarre and beautiful game, and I love it a stupid amount. I’ve been playing Pokémon for less than a year, but a couple months ago I decided to embark on a new level of Pokétrash; I was going to literally catch ’em all. I want, more than anything, to have a complete living Pokédex. Having a living ‘dex is neat, because it means you can help other people when they’re looking for specific Pokémon, and you can complete your in-game Pokédexes. It’s a ton of work, but I wouldn’t be able to do it without the Pokémon Bank.
Fangirls, as many of you know, I am not much of a gamer. I enjoy playing video games, but I’m incredibly casual in doing so. I’m not one for FPS, I don’t mind TPS, but I love children’s games. I love simple, easygoing games, because that’s the type of gamer I am. Plus I like being able to beat a game pretty quickly.
Fangirls, I’ve been slowly but surely making my way through the Ratchet and Clank games, and about 2 weeks ago when my boy visited we played through the last of the old games (the new one comes out next week!). We played most of All 4 One, and loved (almost) every minute of it. We would have played it sooner, but I have multiple PS3 controllers at my house, he does not.
