I know that Easter isn’t a huge gift givin holiday, but that doesn’t stop me from going all heart eyes for cute, springy things this time of year. Though I don’t expect any of this stuff in my basket (yes I still get a basket and it says “Princess” on it, so), there are some really cute things that I would love to become a part of my collections.
At New York Comic Con, people were handing out free stuff left and right. I ended up with imPRESS’s Press-On Manicure set, so I figured I would try it out.
Fangirls! This weekend, while perusing around a few thrift stores in town, I had a vision. Last weekend at Boston Comic Con, I stopped by the table of the lovely Kate Leth. I admire her & her work a whole lot, and picked up a few things at her booth, including a kick ass “Lethbian” patch. I was racking my brain trying to figure out what to put it on. First, I thought I’d make a cool guy jean jacket. Then, an even better thought came to mind. Using this patch and a few others I had around, I was going to make my very own Fangirl scout shirt.
Alright Fangirls, I know I’ve been bitchy about DC lately (not without reason) but I am in love with the bombshell figures they released. They’re gorgeous. They consist of Harley Quinn, Batgirl, Black Canary, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, and Poison Ivy. But they don’t look like we’re used to.
Hey Fangirls! I know we talked about Michael Bracco before, when we were discussing his super awesome clothing line, but this week I want to talk about his art in general. We met him at ConnectiCon this past year. We saw his clothes, comics, and even got to see Baron Von Sexyful perform at Super Art Fight! Now I’ve had the chance to ask him a couple questions.
