I’ve only played this app a couple times, but when I play it, I can’t seem to make myself stop. It’s a blast to play, and is Steven Universe, so it’s fantastic!
I haven’t been reading a ton of comics, as of late. I’ve made it through almost the entirety of Rob’s and my collections (at least the parts that interest me) and we hadn’t been to a comic shop in ages. Until this past weekend, when we finally had some time to go grab some trades for me. I was hoping to get a pretty good smattering of types of comics, especially the next trade in the Steven Universe comic I had been reading. Instead, I found that there is a different SU comic that seems to have a more focused storyline than the previous one, and that got me so excited.
Fangirls, my boyfriend’s and my first anniversary is coming up in less than a month, and since we’re going to the places that Steven Universe is based off of, I thought it would be best to have presents that were themed accordingly. I also wanted wrapping paper and a card within the theme too, and I decided this too late to order some wrapping paper to bring it before my trip down this past weekend, so I had to make it myself.
Ahhhhhh I love baths. Summer is rough because not only is it hot as butts, but I can’t really take baths because it’s hot as butts. Its so lame. But now that colder months are upon us, it’s time for hot soaks in pretty water, usually courtesy of Lush Cosmetics.
During the summer, I stocked up on a bunch of rad bath bombs to save for cold times, and I’m so glad I did. Sure, I spent a bunch of money, but it’s better that it was spread out over months and months, instead of all at once. One that I picked up waaaay back in the beginning of summer, is the Blackberry Bath Bomb.
Fangirls, Steven Universe has taken over every aspect of my life, and I couldn’t be happier. First the show, then the music, and now, finally, the comic. I’m in love with all of the characters, along with the silly, yet incredible poignance of the show. I’m on my third rematch of the series, I listen to the music constantly, and I even spent a solid amount of time making canary of the characters in the series, so it was definitely time for me to read the comic.
Fangirls, I’m a big fan of television, children’s shows in particular. I love to watch cartoons; I get attached to the characters and fall in love and feel heartbreaker and I just want to hug them all. Steven Universe is a show by Rebecca Sugar that is on it’s third season, and I can’t stop watching it. I don’t have cable, so I actually watched it all on Amazon Prime at a friend’s house, before going home and buying it all on iTunes to rewatch on my own. I’m currently on my third watch of the show, and I’m still amazed.
Fangirls, I’ve been on a huge Steven Universe kick. I watched the whole series through a couple weeks ago, and I’m rewatching it now; I can’t get enough of it. One of the ways I experience SU when I’m not watching it, is by listening to the absolutely amazing music by Rebecca Sugar. But it’s not available on iTunes, so what’s a Fangirl to do?
