Alright Fangirls, I did it! I took the Skinny Mint Teatox challenge, and I blew it out of the water! Over the course of just 28 days, I drank tea designed to help wake me up and help my digestive track. After a month of the teas along with my regular diet and exercise, I lost almost 10lbs.
Steven Universe is such a rad show, and Steven’s a cutie for sure, but Amethyst is my girl. I love er the most, and I want to be just like her. One of my favorite episodes is the episode where Steven finds out that Amethyst sneaks out at night to become the Purple Puma, a wrestler! Purple Puma is rad as heck, so why wouldn’t I want a dinner that represented him?
Fangirls, I love Bob’s Burgers. Its a strange, passionate love that I harbor for this foolish show; so much so that I rematch the seasons over and over again, to the point of having parts memorized. As you may recall, I read the comic last month, and was all about it, especially Bob’s Burger of the Day Ideas. I grabbed a couple of his ideas, and ran with them, the first is from a list of the Ten Condiments, and is called “Thou Shalt Have Avocad-No Other Goudas Than Me.” It’s great.

A couple of weeks ago I lost my mind over how great Steven Universe Volume One is, now it’s time to freak about Bee and Puppycat.

Over the last year or so, though, I started to get in the habit of slipping up on my usual healthy ways. So, I’ve overhauled my snack drawer, and filled my fridge with goodies fit for a Amazonian babe. However, it’s certainly not always easy, fast, or cheap to eat healthy. But I’ve hacked my way into a lifestyle of healthy, simple eating. Read More »
Fangirls, this entire summer I’ve been all over the place; Florida, California, Maryland, Vermont, and Connecticut have been a lot to handle. It’s definitely been fun, but all of the travel has put some strain on my home life, and a lot of strain on my diet.
So, Fangirls, for the past few weeks my kitchen has been being remodeled. It started with my faucet breaking, but then all of a sudden we were getting new cabinets, counter top, and the whole nine yards. With the kitchen officially dubbed as “closed” by my mother, being able making food at home is on hold. So, I figured now is the best time to show you some of my favorite restaurants that the Capital District has to offer!Read More »
