Every weekday has been a three-a-day workout. I do one in the morning (usually weighted hula hoop with some strengthening in there), a run & strength training immediately after work, and a half hour of yoga before bed. I know not everyone considers yoga exercise, but once you try it, you will know why it’s classified as such.
Friends, Family, and Fangirls. Today we’re here to commemorate my pride in an online fitness regimen that came to me in the form of a digital book. The book tells you everything about how to live your life for 28 days; recipes, exercises, and positive reinforcements. Plus there’s an entire online community keeping up on instagram and twitter. It’s a bit wild, but I’m loving it so far.
I think the whole “new year, new me” trend is a bit hilarious, but if a clean start is the best way for you to get yourself on track, then do it. Hell, it’s what me and the boyfriend are doing! We’ve started watching what we eat, and I’ve been getting up even earlier to exercise daily, but I’m going to talk more about that tomorrow.
The first week of November is ending, and I’m excited because I think I’ve started No-Spend November off rather well, I’m getting back on track with exercise, and I’m keeping my birthday anxiety as low as possible.
Fangirls, I know I apologized yesterday for being off the grid, but I think it’s good to detox from everything now and then. I’m working on getting back on the horse with exercise, writing, and everything.
Hey you busty Fangirls! I’ve been writing a lot about what I’m trying to do to get more healthy, and one of the things that was most daunting at the start of my health changes was buying a sports bra.
Fangirls, are you sick of me talking about fitness? I’m fairly certain that everyone on my twitter feed is. Today was the second day I used the Couch to 5K app, and I’m feeling so good about it, that I’m already raving to all of my coworkers about it, so I figured I give you ladies (and gents) my thoughts as well!
