Okay, let me start off by saying that I wrote a review that I was incredibly proud of for this game, and then proceeded to delete it like the damn fool that I am. So this (to me) already feels nowhere near as good because I was so happy with that one. But, I’m also incredibly happy with this game, so let’s talk about that instead.
I would not consider myself a “long-time” Ratchet & Clank fan. I have discovered the games in the relatively recent past, and I adore them. I was super pumped when I heard about the movie, of course, and then even more enthused when we got a PS4 so I could play the game that goes along with the movie. It was a blast to watch the movie, and getting to play through the movie was even more fun.
Fangirls, as many of you know, I am not much of a gamer. I enjoy playing video games, but I’m incredibly casual in doing so. I’m not one for FPS, I don’t mind TPS, but I love children’s games. I love simple, easygoing games, because that’s the type of gamer I am. Plus I like being able to beat a game pretty quickly.
Fangirls, I’m a big fan of Gravity Falls. It’s incredibly intense, has fun characters and designs, and is downright silly at some points; it’s an amazing combination. I lost my mind last week when I found out that there was a brand spankin’ new GF game out, and I bought it as soon as I got out of work that afternoon.
WATCH OUT: there are big storyline spoilers after the break.
So, I’ve been meaning to talk about the newest Sims game for some time. I bought it right when it came out so that I could talk about it when it’s release was a bit more relevant. However, I had to collect my thoughts and let some dust settle in my brain. This game was frankly a huge disappointment. However, it does have it’s moments.
So yes, Fangirls, Disney Infinity came out a while ago. That doesn’t mean it isn’t worth still talking about, though. We here at Fangirls Are We having been loving this game since its first days, and still find ourselves playing the game for hours. We figured that with Disney’s announcement of the Fall 2014 release of the second edition of the game, it’s time to talk about our feelings for this unique game.
Hey gaming Fangirls!I have both good and bad news. The bad is that Flappy Bird, the intensely addictive app by Dong Nguyen, has been removed from the market forever. The good news is that thee are plenty of fakes and substitutes that will get you just as pissed with the same amount of effort.
Hey ladies of gaming! Today I’d like to talk about one of the longest running appdictions I’ve had; Plants Vs Zombies. I’ve had my iPad for several years, and PVZ was one of the first apps I bought. I went through a phase of tuning everything out but this app, and it caused some relationships to go south. That’s how Appdicted I was.
