Yep, I stole Kyle’s title a little bit. Oops. Fangirls, Connecticon is so great. I had so much fun, met so many awesome people, and already can’t wait for next year. It was great to see old faces & familiar vendors & events, and get involved with a great handful of new people & things as well. Connecticon 2013 was my first con, and it was great to have 2014’s Connecticon still bring along some new experiences too.
I love a good music app, Fangirls. I could spend hours on any of the many musical apps I’ve downloaded over the years. To me, they’re much more fun than any puzzle game. A week or so a go an app was sent my way that was pretty different from a lot of the great minstrel apps I’ve discovered. If you’re looking to have fun and mess around with some cool sounds, Beatwave is your guy.
Hey Fangirls! It’s hard for me to pass up any puzzle game apps. I always give them a try, especially when they’ve got a super pretty icon. Needless to say, Folt caught my eye right away. Pretty & puzzley, Folt is all I’ve ever wanted. Well, maybe not all I’ve ever wanted. But seriously, this is a great game.

Well Fangirls, here we go again. Sex has been an a hiatus for a few months, and is no back to return me to that unsure, confused feeling. My thoughts on this comic have not changed. I want to love it, but I find it’s lacking punch. Something about it keeps me coming back for more, though. And this issue does seem to offer a bit more.
Fangirls! This week, I realized it was about time that we talk about one of my least favorite villains. He’s only one of my least favorites because he’s an asshole and a jerk and I don’t find him as likable as so many other bad guys. But, he’s a pretty damn good villain, because I find the Motherfucker to be pretty damn terrifying.
So, Fangirls! A while back, we were introduced to the intense new comic from Oni Press, the Bunker. It was one hell of a first issue, and now we’re three more deep. It’s still damn enjoyable and always has me on the edge. It’s most definitely catching you Fangirls up on, if you haven’t been anxiously following along.
So Fangirls, the other day while I was surfing around Vine, I discovered an app. Kind of like an app inception, if you will. I saw I glorious clip or someone playing around with samples from their phone that they had made. I thought I must have this. Sure enough, in the caption they directed my to an app called Keezy, and my life is changed for ever.
