I’m deep in a new show obsession, Fangirls. I’ve seen a bit of episode of Parenthood here or there, but never sat down to see what it was like. It seemed good enough. Boy, is it way more than just “good enough”. I started it on Friday, and am now waiting to watch the last episode of season one after I finish this article. This show is a damn masterpiece.
The world of sex toys can be awfully intimidating. Dildos are among the most commonly used, but that doesn’t make them any less overwhelming to learn about or look for than any other toys. There’s so much variety when it comes to dildos, which can seem daunting, but really, that’s the beauty of it. There’s a dildo out there to suit your needs exactly, you’ve just got to know where to start.
I think we’d all like to imagine tiny Bruce Wayne sitting down to some nice Alfred-made milk & cookies. It’s a cute little innocent image. But of course, Bruce grew into something not so innocent, and very dark & brooding. So, of course, he needs some dark & brooding cookies.
Spring is one of my favorite things ever, Fangirls. So, because it is best paired with great tunes, and because I want it to be here so badly, I thought a playlist should be in order. I’m hoping that all of these fantastic springy jams will welcome it right in and it can be here in no time. What exactly makes a song a “springy jam”? Oh boy, allow me to let you in on this, friends.
This past weekend in a bookstore adventure, I stumbled upon this brilliant book. Good books about sex are hard to find. They’re either super scientific, very silly and/or not very accurate, specifically focused on one thing, or just non existent. However, this book covers so many bases, in so many funny & informative ways, that I have to put it down because it’s so overwhelmingly good.
Even hard working princesses need to treat themselves, Fangirls. Or maybe, all the work being a princess is treating yourself. Either way, cheesecake must be involved. So, when I thought up a cheesecake flavored with the lovely tastes of chai tea, I though it was a perfect treat for the one and only Princess Jasmine.
This is one of those bands where I discovered them ages ago, listened, loved it, and somehow just stopped listening. Sometimes good stuff gets a bit buried when other good stuff comes along. Regardless, I’ve gotten very much back into this group. A rediscovery, if you will. Their music has been the perfectly unique & fun pick up for some downright sappy winter blues.
