I grabbed this graphic novel while buying too many books in Barnes & Nobel the other day, and I’m quite glad that I did. Hex Vet is Davies’ first graphic novel, and they did a phenomenal job at it!
I got this ARC from a Goodreads giveaway, and I genuinely couldn’t wait to read it. Once I started, I couldn’t stop! I powered through this graphic novel in an afternoon, and was ready to read more!
This book was the most perfect post-Halloween read as I could ask for! I’m a big Graphic Novel fan, and Fake Blood by Whitney Gardner is a fangtastic combination of GNs and middle grade writing. I fell in love before I even opened the book!
Friends and Fangirls, I’m only 3 volumes in, but I am in Love with Cucumber Quest! This phenomenal series is great for all ages, and is beyond adorable. Let’s get into it!
I need to start off by saying that this book wasn’t for me. I picked up the first four graphic novels and barely found any enjoyment in reading them, and that was disappointing. While this wasn’t the book for me, it may be up someone else’s alley.
I picked up this trade while at Free Comic Book Day for a couple reasons; I could use more PPG in my life, I love comics, and my favorite girl Sedusa was on the cover. So I grabbed it, got my free comics, and went on my way. But it took forever for me to finally sit down to read it. Luckily, when I did, I wasn’t disappointed.
I grabbed this graphic novel from my local library just ‘cuz the other day, and I’m so glad I did. First Second has easily become a publishing favorite; they release such incredible titles for all ages. The Time Museum is a middle grade graphic novel, clocking in at about 250 pages. But let’s get into the plot!
