As a rule, I am against shower scrubs. Some dermatologists have said that they’re abrasive in a negative way; you’re using jagged edges create microscopic tears in your skin, which can let in bacteria and make tiny scars. But this stuff smelled so good I just had to try it!
I say it every time, and it isn’t changing: I love Lush. I love their products so dang much, I want to scream. So I grabbed Groovy Kind of Love whole I was in the shop the other day, because it smelled amazing.
I love me some Lush, which is news to literally no one. I’ve been trying to improve my skincare routine in a couple ways; choosing products that are better for me and the world. Lush is the answer to that! So when I was in the store a couple months ago, I picked up the Tea Totaler, and have been using it ever since.
Can we stop for a minute, and just appreciate how dang cute this bath bomb is, please?
As I’m sure many of you are aware, Lush released a TON of products last week; it was their biggest launch ever! There is an incredible selection of new items, and they definitely have reason to celebrate, because it’s the 30th anniversary of Lush inventing the bath bomb! One of the products that came out with this launch is the Kappa, and I wanted it to be my first one that I shared with you, because Kappas have some really neat mythology to them.
This is an oldie but a goodie, and I hadn’t tried it until recently! I was given a sample pot of Lush’s Self Preserving Mask Of Magnaminty (they have a fresh face version as well), and brought it with me on vacation earlier this month. I figured it would be a good way to keep my skin functioning, and it’s smaller than the TSA requires, so it’s a win win!
