When I went into Lush after their 30th anniversary release, I didn’t really know what I wanted. I had it in my head that I was going to buy the Kappa (which I did), but I had no idea what else was coming home with me. But when I smelled Magma, I knew I wouldn’t be leaving without it.
Can we stop for a minute, and just appreciate how dang cute this bath bomb is, please?
As I’m sure many of you are aware, Lush released a TON of products last week; it was their biggest launch ever! There is an incredible selection of new items, and they definitely have reason to celebrate, because it’s the 30th anniversary of Lush inventing the bath bomb! One of the products that came out with this launch is the Kappa, and I wanted it to be my first one that I shared with you, because Kappas have some really neat mythology to them.
This is an oldie but a goodie, and I hadn’t tried it until recently! I was given a sample pot of Lush’s Self Preserving Mask Of Magnaminty (they have a fresh face version as well), and brought it with me on vacation earlier this month. I figured it would be a good way to keep my skin functioning, and it’s smaller than the TSA requires, so it’s a win win!
I hadn’t bought anything from Lush in just over a year. I went in, spent $50, and only one of the things I bought was for me. I bought the Mint Bubble Brush because I love mint. It’s a grey blue reusable bubble brush (making it one of the best-for-the-price items there) that smells of mint and bergamot. And it’s soothing as heck.
Things are still hectic in these parts, but I honestly don’t know when (or even if) that is going to change. So let’s roll right into this week’s updates!
Hey friends and Fangirls! It has been a minute since our last Project Pan Update; I’m sorry about that! Things at Fangirl HQ have been hectic to say the least, but now we’re back and ready to rumble. So, let’s dive right in!
