As a rule, I am against shower scrubs. Some dermatologists have said that they’re abrasive in a negative way; you’re using jagged edges create microscopic tears in your skin, which can let in bacteria and make tiny scars. But this stuff smelled so good I just had to try it!
I say it every time, and it isn’t changing: I love Lush. I love their products so dang much, I want to scream. So I grabbed Groovy Kind of Love whole I was in the shop the other day, because it smelled amazing.
As I make my way through my trunk full of lush items, I finally reached Supertramp. Supertramp is a Bubble Bar that I ordered before my trip to the UK because I knew I wanted to get one each for my friend and I. I read a bit about it, and knew it was something I wanted to try. I can’t believe I took me almost a year to actually do so!
Friends and Fangirls, this article comes to us from the laptop of my lovely friend Nicole! She tried out a bath melt that I didn’t get a chance to, and thought it isn’t available any more, I think it’s a worthwhile read!
A few months ago I walked by Lush and saw their new campaign to teach others about becoming a trans ally. Lush created the “Inner Truth Bath Melt”, and donated 100% the proceeds to various causes, working towards creating a better world for those in the Trans community. I picked one up for myself, as well as a lovely pamphlet talking about what it means to be trans, and found a new favorite bath melt!
Getting back to the incredible pile of unused lush products, I tried out the Windmill Bubble Bar the other day! I was a bit nervous about it; I didn’t have the best time with the fidget spinner (for show, anyways) and I was worried this would disappoint in the same way.
I have had this reusable bubble bar sitting in my tote since September, so I figured it was finally time to try it out! I picked it up in Ireland, before it came over to the states, and while I had seen it before, I thought the concept was a bit too foolish for me. Turns out, I was wrong!
