Fangirls, I love, love, love driving. So of course, I adore road trips. I enjoy traveling a great deal, and I think there’s no better way to do it than by car. And, there’s no better way to road trip than with an arsenal of good tunes. To me, it’s essential. Road trip playlists are my favorite kind to make and listen to. You can pack them full of great jams, your favorite songs, and passionate sing a longs. For me, making them is almost just as fun as listening to them on the road.
August brings a whole lot of trips our way, Fangirls. In preparing for them, I’ve found myself thinking a lot about traveling itself and it’s importance. I think that most people as humans feel the need to search & see much more beyond where ever they are most of the time. Vacations, road trips, everyone seems to always be striving for those things. Even if you don’t necessarily dislike where you live, I think people just always have the urge to get up and go, and get out of their normal surroundings. I think it does the brain and the body a whole lot of good. Which is good, because with trips to four different places coming up this month, I better want to get my butt out of town.
So, Fangirls. I’m trying something different today, where instead of killing myself and writing a 3000 word recap of a show and risking spoilers if I don’t tag or warn properly, I am going to try my hand at reviewing today! That being said, Supernatural is back from it’s break and boy did it come back with a bang.
Also as a side note, spoiler will still be included in my articles, just not a play by play.
Hey Fangirls! Natalie and I are making a 12 hour trek from our Upstate NY homes to Chicago, Illinois this coming weekend! We’re making a super long trip to spend one day in the windy city, then turning around and coming back. Why would we do that?
