So I’ve only used each of these once, but I can feel that they’re addictive and I will be using them again soon. As many of you may know, I registered for a half-marathon last week. It’s a little bit crazy because I can’t run very far…yet. That being said, clearly some training is in order, and I was recommended the Nike+ Running App because it gives you a sense of community in your runs.
Fangirls, about a week ago, Ross (the captain of #TeamNotFat) suggested a new run-tracking app to me. Runkeeper is a rad app that tracks your time and mileage and helps socialize your run.

Hey you busty Fangirls! I’ve been writing a lot about what I’m trying to do to get more healthy, and one of the things that was most daunting at the start of my health changes was buying a sports bra.
Fangirls, I know I’ve been posting everywhere about my weight loss attempt and the work I’m putting into it. I also know that I talked about it so much everywhere that I thought it would be better just to make a separate instagram devoted to my health work, to keep myself motivated and working hard. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is running. My mum has been a runner for her entire life, and constantly was trying to get me to join her. But I wasn’t into it. So when I was told that running can really help you lose weight and gain muscle, my first thought was simply, shit.
Fangirls, I need to start with a disclaimer: I do not now, nor have I ever been a runner. I have a big chest, and that doesn’t go well with running. It’s also why I don’t do jumping jacks, or sprint on my bike. Also, I despise running. Matthew Inman (AKA The Oatmeal) has a different thought when it comes to running though; the pain and suffering are worth it for the euphoria that follows.
It seems as though the minute 2015 arrived, all the election talk didn’t skip a beat. November of 2016 will bring about a presidential election, one that has a few different elements; Women.
