While not everything can be solved by taking a bath, self care can mean different things to everyone, and it can often help in some way or another. I see self care as anything that you do exclusively for you. So, I wanted to share some things that I do to help myself!
Fangirls, I love Lush. Of course I do; it’s a lovely company with a great message, and lovely products. But I can’t always afford Lush. This has led me to the bath section in my local Hannaford (the main grocery store here).
Fangirls, I’m going to be totally honest with you. Until recently, I had no idea what cuticle butter was. I received this sample with my smattering of soaps from Fortune Cookie Soap ages ago, and totally forgot about it until just a couple weeks ago. I ended up looking into cuticle butter, and learned a bit.
Fangirl, I like face masks. I like the idea of spreading weird goop on my face and having it make me feel like my skin is softer or cleaner, or just about anything. It’s a neat idea. I found One’s product in my local Hannaford for $2.49, so I figured I would give it a shot. I’m going to warn you; there are some goofy selfies in here. Be prepared.

Fangirls! It’s not as often that you find an app that really meets your needs. I’ve been graced with an app that seriously helps me out, and is also profoundly interesting. I am a serious coffee drinker. It’s most definitely is an addicted, one that I adore very much. Caffeine is a big part of my life, and I’ve discovered an app that helps me track my intake through out the day, and how it’s affecting my body.
