Fangirls, let me tell you something; I love sketch comedy. I didn’t realize I harbored such an intense love of it until the past year or so, but since then, I’ve been following a group called Aunty Donna. Aunty Donna is an Australian sketch comedy trio who I can’t get enough of, and this past weekend, I got to see them live.
I binged all of Atypical this weekend, and I really enjoyed it. It was interesting and frustrating, but overall a good show.
Alright guys. When this was announced early last year, I lost my mind. The Series of Unfortunate Events holds a similar place in my heart to Harry Potter; it’s an amazing book series that I literally grew up reading. But I was a tiny bit nervous, because the movie treated the source material TERRIBLY. But as I started watching the show Friday after work (Friday the 13th, ace job Netflix), my fears disappeared.
Just like everyone else who uses Netflix, I saw the advertisement of Trollhunters for the majority of December. Big and bold, they announced when Part One would be coming out (late December). I was only a little intrigued, but when it came up on my “Recommendations” area, I figured that I may as well watch it.
Alright Fangirls; I was scrolling through Netflix last week (dismayed that they still haven’t put the most recent season of Bob’s Burgers up) when Haters Back Off popped up. Since it was only 8 episodes, I figured I may as well try it out, and see how I liked it.
Oh my goodness, Fangirls. My stepdad and I just finished watching the Netflix Original Series Love together, and I am 100% ready for the next season. It’s the most intense of romantic comedies, and has yet to go the way I expected, so lets get right into it.
Boy, oh, boy, Fangirls. I, like many crazed fans, have been waiting for what feels like an eternity for OITNB’s third season to grace Netflix. Our time has finally come. And it’s been worth the wait. Though I have already finished this season, I figured I would break it up into two halves so that we don’t get too worked up. This season certainly takes the crown for stirring up all things hot & bothered.
Beware, Fangirls! Some minor spoilers ahead! Read More »
