I am so incredibly late to this party. Last night I was getting ready to fold laundry, and looking for something to watch while I did. Galavant came up in our “recommended” section, so I figured I would check it out. I’m so freaking happy that I did.
I think the whole “new year, new me” trend is a bit hilarious, but if a clean start is the best way for you to get yourself on track, then do it. Hell, it’s what me and the boyfriend are doing! We’ve started watching what we eat, and I’ve been getting up even earlier to exercise daily, but I’m going to talk more about that tomorrow.
Fangirls, I now live with a dude who is all about that Halloween life, and that means that Halloween starts at the end of this week. We’ll be doing Halloween all month long here, and I can not wait! One of the things this dude has done for quite some time, is watch a different Halloween / Spooky movie every day of October. It’s a great way to keep the fear alive and get ready for Halloween itself! So we’ve got some spooky updates that’ll be coming at’cha, and we’re very excited. We’re going to try to post little miniature reviews of what we watch, and once the list is finalized, we’ll both post it so you can follow along. We won’t be getting too spooky, because I am the world’s largest chicken, but there are some that I’m really excited for!
Fangirls, I love cartoons. I always have, and I doubt that is something that will be changing anytime soon. One of my favorite things about cartoons now, is that they become so immersive. I love that not only can I watch Gravity Falls, but I can also play it’s video games, buy the toys, and even read books from the series. Recently, I’ve read a couple books that aren’t just written about the shows that they’re based off of, but they’re written by the characters of the show. I’ve read Steve Universe’s Guide to the Crystal Gems, and now Dipper & Mabel’s guide. It’s fantastic that I get to experience my favorite shows in all of these different ways!
Fangirls, I’m addicted to this app, but it feels like it’s for all of the wrong reasons.
Let me be honest with you, Fangirls; I like bouncing things off other things. Peggle lets me do that.
The other day I was browsing Netflix (as I tend to do), and I came across a movie I haven’t seen in forever; Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure!
