We are over half way through the year, and I haven’t bought anything new from lush! I’m really excited and proud of that, and making my way through products that I’ve had for ages. Heck. I even went into a Lush store with a friend last weekend and I didn’t buy anything! I think that’s some pretty serious progress for me. But, that’s not what we’re here for; we’re here to talk about the Rose Jam solid shower gel that I bought last year!
Getting back to the incredible pile of unused lush products, I tried out the Windmill Bubble Bar the other day! I was a bit nervous about it; I didn’t have the best time with the fidget spinner (for show, anyways) and I was worried this would disappoint in the same way.
I have had this reusable bubble bar sitting in my tote since September, so I figured it was finally time to try it out! I picked it up in Ireland, before it came over to the states, and while I had seen it before, I thought the concept was a bit too foolish for me. Turns out, I was wrong!
Alright friends, I know this is way too late for Christmas, and far too early to just be preparing you for next year, but I finally started using my Berry Berry Christmas Solid Shower Gel, and I’m in love. This solid shower gel smells sweet and lovely, and I need you all to have plenty of time to prepare yourselves to grab it if it comes out this year.
As we know, I have an addiction to Lush cosmetics. I love to have bright baths, stunning soaps, and live in the natural scents that Lush creates. But before now, I had never tried any of their emotibombs. I had one that I ordered before the Kitchen was changed, and I had been sitting on it for awhile, but I’ve realized that things need to be used, not just looked at. So I popped it in the shower the other day, and tried it out.
Making my way through my massive tub of Lush stuff isn’t easy, but it sure is nice to use things that I had forgotten about! I started using the Bertie soap a week or so ago, and I am truly in love.
I don’t tend to go for the fancy, shaped bubble bars. I usually think that I get the best bubbles (and baths in general) from the simple ones like The Comforter and Brightside. But the other day I took a lovely soak using the Little Dragon reusable bubble bar, and I was astounded.
