Like I mentioned last week, Fangirls, we knew we weren’t going to make it with the full 31 spooky nights, so we overhauled and watched multiple in one night, and we focused on classic shorts instead of full length movies. Our final count ended up being 25/31, which isn’t as terrible as I expected.
Though this is only the second time I’m writing about this, we’re actually in our third week of spooky movies. Sadly, we’re a bit behind, as last week we were in Disneyland and a combination of travel and busy-ness halted our movie watching progress, but we’re working on it. Here’s what we’ve watched since last time.
Ah October, that magical time of year when everything starts to change. It’s gets darker sooner, colder faster and everything tastes like pumpkin. The best thing about this wonderful month is of course Halloween, a time when we get to shed our own skin for a night and become someone else for a few hours while stuffing our faces with candy. Magical. So in honor of this most precious time of year I chose to discuss a villain who’s legend is as famous as the jack-o-lantern he uses as his head. That’s right, we’re talking the headless horseman
Fangirls! Grab your security blankets, things are getting spooky. This week, I thought it was about time to talk about who I find to be one of the scariest villains out there; Scarecrow. In theme with Batman turning 75 this past weekend, I thought it was only right to talk about one of his villains. There’s so many to choose from down in Gotham, but I thought it was only right to with one that actually scares me silly.
